Can I get pregnant after a male to female surgery?

No, male-to-female (MTF) gender-affirming surgery, commonly known as vaginoplasty, does not allow for pregnancy. This is because the operation does not entail the development of reproductive organs such as ovaries or a uterus, which are required for conception.

MTF surgery primarily focuses on the creation of external female genitalia, and hormone therapy may also be used during the transition phase, but these do not provide the biological capacity for pregnancy.
